Educated at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Galit Wainberg is a talented development professional with a broad scope of experience. As an interior designer and furniture designer, Galit is uniquely in tune with the everyday lifestyle trends of today’s real estate end user – in both the residential and commercial markets. She pairs that knowledge with her work as project design manager for one of Miami’s most high-profile developments – Faena Hotel Miami Beach, in which she collaborated with the construction team to deliver value, design and architectural quality, and return on investment.

As a builder, Eduardo has successfully overseen more than 600,000 total square feet of development across seven different buildings, all with different architectural styles, purposes, and their own unique building challenges. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, where he graduated at the top of his class, and he also holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University.

Noah brings a mixed technology, real estate and operations background to the team. Having graduated with a finance and economics degree from Bentley University in 2007, Noah has spent most of his professional life in technology and operations rolls. In his career, Noah has started two successful businesses, including Techbliss Inc, a smart-technology company for residential and commercial projects. Noah’s strong insight into how technology will shape the future of real estate makes him an astute predictor of consumer buying preferences for homes, offices, and beyond.
